Refund Policy - the basics
In case there ever are any issues with product or fulfillment quality, please contact me.
All the prints are fulfilled by printful.com For any return and complains follow their guidelines accordingly.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 14 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date.
The return address is set by default to the Printful facility.
When they receive a returned shipment, an automated email notification will be sent to me. Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 30 days.
As all products are custom-made, we don't accept returns for buyer's remorse, meaning that if a customer just doesn't like the product or has ordered the incorrect size, it wouldn't be possible to receive a refund or an exchange by returning it. You can view printful Return Policy here.
